These pillows could seriously use a redesign for comfort!!! The room temperature management needs an upgrade. I shouldn’t have to open a window in February to cool down!!!

Unexpected gem in Tokyo's heart

The wireless speed blew us away while working remotely. Each member of staff greeted us daily with warmth. We enjoyed the surroundings, from local cafes to serene street strolls.

The walk from Iidabashi Station was a bit tricky for first-timers, especially if you're carrying luggage. Rooms are compact, and I would have preferred a wardrobe over the luggage stand.

The truth, what’s good and what’s not

The laundry facilities are excellent, including detergent and rapid drying! Friendly staff ensured a smooth check-in experience, even accommodating my early arrival with my bags.

Finding the hotel was tricky. the route from Iidabashi station can be confusing for newcomers, especially while hauling luggage.

the room was so small, I could barely turn around. the check-in was a hassle, and I woudl ve been overjoyed with an upgrade for my troubles. also, the walk to the train station was supposedly 10 minutes but felt like a marathon after a long day. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

Positive, Very comfortable room with a cozy bed. The blind actually blocked out the morning sun, which is rare. The filter coffee and pajamas were great touches. Laundry facilities worked well, and there’s a convenient grocery store next door.

we loved our stay at via inn! the hotel was super clean and had a stylish vibe. it’s conveniently close to the subway, making it easy to explore. when we needed a different bed setup, the staff happily accommodated us. plus, our friend extended their stay without a hitch!
